The ROCKWOOL Fire Barrier and Fire Barrier Slab have been specially developed to offer easy to install solutions which effectively prevent the spread of fire and smoke within unseen roof and ceiling voids. -
Cavity barriers work to improve a building’s safety by preventing the spread of fire within concealed voids. By specifying and installing the TCB Cavity Barrier or PWCB Cavity Barrier, they provide essential protection whilst also helping to minimise air leakage and heat loss between the external cavity and the separating party wall. -
Specifically designed for use only in conjunction with ROCKWOOL RAINSCREEN DUO SLAB®, SP Firestop OSCB 25* forms an open-state cavity fire barrier within the building façade, allowing for an open cavity of up to 25mm for ventilation and drainage. This product provides up to 120 minutes integrity and insulation. -

Tenmat’s FF102/50, Ventilated Cavity Fire Barriers, are manufactured from a low smoke zero halogen high expansion intumescent material. They are designed to reinstate fire resisting performance to external wall cavities that are required to be ventilated (open-state) in non-fire conditions.
