We have introduced mental health champions at each of our 6 sites who are trained and committed to support our staff with their mental health and wellbeing.
This year’s theme is ‘nature’. Connecting with nature is a proven benefit for your mental health. Take a walk and enjoy the world around you, give yourself a well deserved break to help you to feel refreshed and restored.
