Job Summary
As a Sales Administrator at Belgrade Insulations, specialising in insulation and drylining products, your role is central to our sales strategy. You will support our internal sales team in driving revenue, maintaining excellent client relationships, and securing new business opportunities. Utilising your industry knowledge, you will enhance our ability to offer targeted solutions and advice to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Verify direct delivery dates and details as they are due.
- Request and confirm proof of deliveries (PODs) from suppliers before invoicing.
- Ensure accuracy of all goods received against paperwork prior to filing.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on any changes to delivery schedules and update documents accordingly.
- Check sales delivery notes for signatures and discrepancies before invoicing.
- Scan and file all documentation.
- Manage stock levels of office supplies and consumables.
- Maintain branch documentation systems to required standards.
- Work accurately under tight monthly deadlines.
- Support periodic stock takes as needed.
Job Requirements
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insulation and drylining industries preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office 365.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on customer service and issue resolution.
- Data Analysis: Skill in analysing sales data to support sales strategies.
- Time Management: Effective time management and prioritisation abilities.
